Student Housing in Barcelona, we are in Gracia district, just in the downtown

Housing 10. It is very well located in Gracia, with subway line (Fontana and Diagonal, buses and trains very handy. There are also supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, bar/restaurants and other service around. It’s very comfortable!.
The residence is renovated and offers a very cozy climate. As for the rooms, at least the one I know is spacious and bright and has a personal fridge, as for the services offered, I am also very happy. The cleanliness of both the room and the entire residence is exquisite. In addition, the treatment with the personnel in charge is exceptional.

I’m very comfortable with the attentions in the residence.
All rooms are very equipped and clean, and Martha is always aware of everything.

I find this residence very safe and warm for me.
Everyone is very friendly.
